At Dynnova, we are committed to your satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains your rights and our obligations regarding cancellations and refunds.

2. Payment Structure

We operate on a 50% advance, 50% on completion payment model. This structure ensures mutual commitment and your final payment is due only when you're satisfied.

3. Cancellation by Client

✅ Before Work Begins

100% refund of advance payment.

⚠️ After Work Begins

Advance payment is non-refundable to cover time and resources allocated.

❌ After Design Approval

No refund applies after design concepts have been approved.

5. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds processed within 10-15 business days
  • Refund issued to original payment method
  • Confirmation email sent once processed

6. Exceptions

Not eligible for refunds:

  • Third-party costs (domains, hosting, licenses) once purchased
  • Services already delivered and accepted

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction ⚖️

This Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.

Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Refund Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Berhampur, Odisha.

All legal proceedings must be filed in Berhampur, Odisha only.
