1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Dynnova Softwares Private Limited ("Dynnova", "we", "our", "us"). By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

  • "Client" means the individual or entity purchasing services from Dynnova.
  • "Services" means website development, design, branding, e-commerce solutions, AI chatbots, and related deliverables.
  • "Project Agreement" means the written agreement incorporating these Terms.

3. Fees and Payment Terms

Payment Schedule: Our standard payment terms are:

  • 50% advance to commence work
  • 50% before final delivery/live launch

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which shall be borne by the Client.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Client:

  • If you cancel before work begins: 100% refund of advance
  • If you cancel after work begins: Advance is non-refundable
  • If you cancel after design approval: No refund

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, the Client owns all intellectual property rights to the final Deliverables. Dynnova retains the right to display the work in our portfolio.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dynnova's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific project.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction ⚖️

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Berhampur, Odisha.

This means any legal proceedings must be filed in Berhampur courts only.
